There are two types of iCSU logins. If you are an Intelisys Partner, Intelisys Supplier Sponsor or Intelisys Employee you will want to login using your MyIntelisys credentials. All other users will login as a Standard Guest.
The most likely reason is because you are a MyIntelisys user. If you are a MyIntelisys user and you try to log in as a standard guest your email address will not be valid. If you are a MyIntelisys user you must login with the MyIntelisys Login. If you are not a MyIntelisys user and your email is still invalid, double check that you are using the same email address you originally used to create your iCSU account.
If you do not know your username you can enter your email address into the username field instead. If you are still unable to log in contact us for support or call us at 844-404-ICSU.
There are two ways to reset your password depending on if you are a MyIntelisys user or a Standard Guest.
If you are an Intelisys Partner and you already have a MyIntelisys account, you can login using the MyIntelisys login. If you are an Intelisys Partner, but do not have a MyIntelisys account, simply continue to log in as a standard user. You will not need a MyIntelisys Account to gain access to premium site features just get in touch with us at email@example.com, and we will upgrade your site access permissions from within Cloud Services University.
