Log In Questions

How do I log into my account?

There are two types of iCSU logins. If you are an Intelisys Partner, Intelisys Supplier Sponsor or Intelisys Employee you will want to login using your MyIntelisys credentials. All other users will login as a Standard Guest.

MyIntelisys Login

  • First, click on the “Sign In” button at the top right of the page.
  • Then, click the “MyIntelisys Login” button.
  • After clicking the “MyIntelisys Login” button a MyIntelisys Login page will pop up. Enter your MyIntelisys Username and Password and then click “Login”.
  • After clicking “Login” you will be asked “By clicking you agree to log into ICSU with your MyIntelisys credentials.” Click “YES”.
  • Once you have logged in you will land on your iCSU Welcome Page.

Standard Guest

  • First click on the “Sign In” button at the top right of the page.
  • If you are logging into your account for the first time after the launch, then click the “Forgot Password” button.
  • Enter in your email address and then hit “submit” (Make sure it is the email address that is used for your iCSU account).
  • Instructions for resetting your password will then be sent to your email address. Go to your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
  • Once you have reset your password you will be taken to the login page. Enter your username and password and then hit “Login”.
  • Once you have logged in you will land on your iCSU Welcome Page.

Why is my email address is not valid?

The most likely reason is because you are a MyIntelisys user. If you are a MyIntelisys user and you try to log in as a standard guest your email address will not be valid. If you are a MyIntelisys user you must login with the MyIntelisys Login. If you are not a MyIntelisys user and your email is still invalid, double check that you are using the same email address you originally used to create your iCSU account.

What is my username?

If you do not know your username you can enter your email address into the username field instead. If you are still unable to log in contact us for support or call us at 844-404-ICSU.

How do I reset my password?

There are two ways to reset your password depending on if you are a MyIntelisys user or a Standard Guest.

MyIntelisys User

  • First, click on the “Sign In” button at the top right of the page.
  • Then, click the “MyIntelisys Login” button.
  • After clicking the “MyIntelisys Login” button a MyIntelisys Login page will pop up. On the pop-up page, click the “Forgot Password” button.
  • Enter your username and then hit “ok”.
  • Instructions for resetting your password will then be sent to your email address. Go to your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Standard Guest

  • First, click on the “Sign In” button at the top right of the page.
  • Then, click the “Forgot Password” button.
  • Enter in your email address and then hit “submit” (Make sure it is the email address that is used for your iCSU account).

How do I log in with MyIntelisys if I don't have a MyIntelisys account?

If you are an Intelisys Partner and you already have a MyIntelisys account, you can login using the MyIntelisys login. If you are an Intelisys Partner, but do not have a MyIntelisys account, simply continue to log in as a standard user. You will not need a MyIntelisys Account to gain access to premium site features just get in touch with us at helpdesk@cloudservicesuniversity.com, and we will upgrade your site access permissions from within Cloud Services University.

Course Progress

What happened to all of my completed courses?

All of your completed courses will still be intact. To find all of your completed courses first log into iCSU. Then find the course you wish to access and click “Access Course”. Then click “Go To Classroom” on the right side of the page. This will bring you to the online course classroom which will show all of your completed courses as well as courses in progress. In the red dropdown menu click “My Courses” to view all of your courses.

I was in the middle of 2 courses, is all the education and progress lost?

No, your progress is still intact and you will be able to resume your courses where you left off. To see all of the courses you are enrolled in on iCSU, you must log into iCSU. Can I resume a class exactly where I left off?

How do I access my courses?

Payment Questions

Why are we being charged for these classes?

As the Intelisys Cloud Services University continues to expand it requires resources to fuel growth. This change will make it possible for more content and information to be shared with course participants, providing students enhanced skills and knowledge.

Can I get the courses at no cost?

From now until June 30th, 2017 you can use the following promo code to recieve all of the iCSU courses at no cost to you. The promo code is: icsu

How do I use the promo code?

  • Step 1: Log into Cloud Services University.
  • Step 2: On the welcome page find the Cloud Master icon and click “Register”.
  • Step 3: At the bottom of the payment page is an area called coupon code. Enter “icsu” into the field and click “Apply Coupon”.
  • Step 4: Click “submit order”.
  • This will grant you access to all iCSU courses.

Certificate Questions

Do I get my Certificate in the mail after I complete it?

As long as your mailing address is listed in your account information you will receive a hard copy of your Certificate in the mail, the month after completion.

Why didn't I receive my Certificate in the mail?

The most likely reason is that you do not have your mailing address listed in your account information. If you would like to receive a hard copy of your Certificates, add your mailing address to your account information. If you would like to receive a hard copy of a previously completed course, please contact us at helpdesk@cloudservicesuniversity.com.
