I guess the answer depends on your viewpoint. From my perspective, DaaS is at the bottom of the stack since it’s the application closest the end user. Once that end user logs on to their DaaS client, they connect to applications that live on the web (office 365, Salesforce) as well as applications that live on Cloud-based Servers (like File, Web, ERP, etc.). Between the end user and the applications is typically their LAN and WAN connections.
