The important thing to keep in mind is to be realistic when setting expectations. There will be a disruption. The reason I say this is because CC are such efficiently run operations that even the slightest change can be impactful if not handled correctly. So when done correctly a move to the cloud would be minimally disruptive. Done incorrectly it could be catastrophic. That’s one of the main reasons why a skilled, informed cloud sales rep is the best option for anyone considering making the move.
