If a lesson or video will not launch or doesn’t play correctly, it is most likely related to the browser you are using. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Make sure you are not logged into a Cloud environment. Videos and other lessons generally will not launch or play well in the Cloud.
  • Try using a different browser, such as Chrome if you are using Internet Explorer, etc.
  • You may be using an older version of your browser. If so, try updating your browser.
  • If you have tried the above and still cannot get a lesson to launch or play correctly, please contact support@cloudservicesuniversity.com.
